DESCRIPTION:Young athletes across all sports will get the tools they need to improve strength\, endurance\, speed\, power & flexibility. ​​This program is built to improve overall physical performance by educating athletes about how decisions off the court and field\, between games\, and at practices impact their play. Get an edge in competition – or focus on improving overall health – with guidance from a coach with over 20 years of experience.\n \nAGES: 10 – 17 \nDATES: Five-week sessions every Saturday starting June 18 \nTIME/LOCATION: 11am @ Briggs Community YMCA gymnasium \nCOST: $30/Facility Members | $45/Program members \n
