DESCRIPTION:Reduce polarization\, increase skills in communicating across differences\, and foster hope for the future of our community! \nDuring this time of divisive politics\, our community is asking for opportunities to come together. People want to be understood…and to understand how the life experience’s of others shape their world view. It is this understanding that will highlight shared values and allow us to move our community forward TOGETHER. \nThe event will utilize the structure of Leadership Dialogues which convene diverse voices on local issues and foster thoughtful conversation and sharing. The experience invites participants to step into another person’s shoes\, to own their stories\, listen deeply\, and reciprocate with honest discourse. \nMore than 2\,000 people around the world have participated in Leadership Dialogues since their inception in 2017. In all\, 90% of those surveyed say the experience has changed how they will approach conversations around difficult issues in the future. \nWe aim to show the world\, that our future is together. \n\n\n\n\nYOUR HOSTS & EVENT PARTNERS\nThe individuals and organizations below believe that coming together as a community is critical to our shared success.
