It is this understanding that will highlight shared values and allow us to move our community forward TOGETHER. \nThe event will utilize the structure of Leadership Dialogues which convene diverse voices on local issues and foster thoughtful conversation and sharing. The experience invites participants to step into another person’s shoes\, to own their stories\, listen deeply\, and reciprocate with honest discourse. \nMore than 2\,000 people around the world have participated in Leadership Dialogues since their inception in 2017.
