TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT DOESN’T HAVE TO STINK
How much do you need to eat? Is it better to weight train or do more cardio? How do you fit everything in with a busy schedule? It’s common to ask these questions and we’re here to help. You don’t need to rely on silly gimmicks and programs; it can all happen through the Y.
The Y’s Lose to Win program focuses on the importance of physical activity and nutrition, while also discussing motivation, obstacles, and pitfalls that make losing weight (and keeping it off) challenging.
A weekly, group-based, one-hour meeting provides a supportive network of others working on similar goals to help when the going gets tough and to celebrate successes along the way!
