Everyone always talks about time. I wish I had more time to play. I wish I had more time to work. I wish I had more time to exercise. But the fact of the matter is, we all have the same amount of time every day. The real issue is not having time; it is how we use the time we have. I know that most of us spend at least a couple of hours in front of the television every day. There are ways to use that time in front of the tube to your exercise advantage. This video gives you six examples of how to exercise at the same time we watch television. And then it gives you three more. Your options are fairly limitless.
Spend your time wisely. Get up. Get moving. Even while you are watching television.
