At the Y, we value our members and believe your health is worth investing in. As a new member, you have access to our FitPath program where you can receive up to 3 FREE sessions with a Wellness Coach. Your Wellness Coach will help you determine your goals, orient you to the Y and help assist you toward your success. To get started, schedule a session at your Welcome Center.
ACT! NUTRITION PROGRAM
ACT! is a 12-week program for youth 8-11 years and their parents promoting healthy nutrition, activity, and lifestyles. The ACT! Program appeals to children and parents alike by providing engaging, fun, and unique activities.
LIVESTRONG AT THE Y
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a 12-week, group program designed for adult cancer survivors. This program fulfills the important need of supporting the increasing number of cancer survivors who find themselves in the transitional period between completing their cancer treatment and the shift to feeling physically and emotionally strong.

TAI JI QUAN – MOVING FOR BETTER BALANCE
Older adults and those with chronic health conditions often feel they must accept impaired balance and limited mobility. This is not true. You can build strength, improve balance, and gain confidence in your mobility through Tai Ji Quan – Moving for Better Balance. This is a 24-week evidence-based, instructor-led small group program designed to help you improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility through slow, therapeutic movements based on Tai Chi. The program takes place in a safe and supportive group setting.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training offers the energy of Group Exercise with the individual attention of Personal Training, while being personal, progressive and results driven. Sessions are led by a certified personal trainer and each session focuses on a specialized format such as strength, agility, sports, or sports training, or weight loss.
