108 SUN SALUTATIONS FOR SPRING EQUINOX

Join our self-love challenge in performing 108 Sun Salutations! On March 20th, we will be coming together as a community and performing 108 sun salutations to welcome the Spring Equinox and invoke personal and communal growth and expansion. To build up to the big event on March 20th, we highly encourage individuals to invigorate their personal yoga practice! We invite members to join our yoga classes, in house or virtually! Specifically, our Monday class at the Shelton Family YMCA (with Kelly from 5-6pm) will be used as a weekly accountability and check in time for members who wish to practice and intentionally work towards the sun salutation challenge.
