A free community day for seniors to find their wellness at the Y! Be it financial, physical, or mental wellness, we’ll have resources, demos, and workshops available for families and seniors to attend to improve their well-being and get connected to things that will set their best foot forward!

SCHEDULE:

8-9am: Water Exercise Class – drop in available

9-11am: Senior Financial Wellness – How to avoid being taken advantage of financially by scammers, traps, and find ways to set up yourself up for success and protection!

9-11am: Moving for Better Balance Workshop – Learn all about fall prevention and how YOU can protect yourself by strengthening your core and finding your balance.

9am-1pm: Pickleball – open to all!

12-1pm: Alzheimer’s Presentation and Workshop – Learn about the leading indicators, what you can do to stay ahead, and how you can love and support individuals or family members going through degenerative diseases.
