All South Sound YMCA facilities will be participating in YMCA Spirit Week, October 24-31. Look for information regarding themes and activities at your specific branch! Prizes will be awarded to members and staff who show the most SPIRIT!
Spirit Week Themes at the Briggs YMCA and Plum Street YMCA:
- Monday 25: Disney Day
- Tuesday 26: Decade Day
- Wednesday 27: Silly Sock Day
- Thursday 28: Wacky Hair Day
- Friday 29: Inside Out Day
- Saturday 30: Rep your Favorite Sports Team
Spirit Week Themes at the Shelton Family YMCA:
- Monday 25: Rep your Favorite Sports Team
- Tuesday 26: Favorite Super Hero
- Wednesday 27: Bring your pet to work
The person who has the most creativity in showcasing their pet without actually bringing live animals to the facility takes the prize! Think pictures, mugs, t shirts with your pet’s face, cat ears or animal masks, stuffed animals, etc. - Thursday 28: Throwback Thursday- you pick the decade!
- Friday 29: Pajama Day
- Saturday 30: Costumes!
- Sunday 31 Tie Die Day
