Nobody has to eat rice cakes for lunch and a salad for dinner for the rest of their lives. All of us can lose weight or maintain a healthy weight by eating tasty, satisfying, healthy meals.
All of us can learn to cook healthy and yet tasteful meals. I don’t believe in diets. I believe in live-its. Great nutrition and a healthy lifestyle must be sustainable for a life-time. Great-tasting food that is at the same time healthy is certainly a way to do that. Try these tacos. Enjoy!
The meal in this video uses salmon and steelhead for protein, cabbage and (street tacos) corn tortillas for fiber, a little low-fat mayo, spices, vinegar, and a pinch of sweetener for a standout flavor, and a half cup of a mixed beans for additional fiber and veggie protein. This meal is delicious, scrumptious, tasty, satisfying and above all, it is healthy.
