Danyel has always enjoyed being active and grew up in a health-conscious family. After having her fourth baby, she had significant core dysfunction and was frustrated by diminished capability due to motherhood and age. She hired a personal trainer whose knowledge and encouragement provided the missing pieces in her fitness and health routine. As she trained and learned more about exercise science, she found a passion in being a resource to others and decided to take up training professionally.

Katy’s journey to fitness and better health was born of necessity rather than having a natural passion for it. “I sadly watched my mom’s health rapidly decline due to lifestyle choices, choices that I’d made myself, and the things that she loved to do; dancing, gardening, and grandkids slowly dropped off because she lacked the physical strength and stamina to do them.” Katy knows, from her own experience, the challenges of changing habits and struggling through the natural aging process.
As her dedication grows with every personal success, her desire intensifies to guide and support others as they choose longevity and better health.
