Personal Training

Let’s do this together

Take your workout to the next level with a Y personal trainer. Our program is designed to help individuals move toward the next step in their fitness goals. See the Member Services desk for more information.

We have registered dietitians who can help you on your journey to eating a healthier diet and leading a healthier lifestyle. See the member services desk for more information.

Sharon is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator who has worked in the field of nutrition for over 25 years. She works at St. Peter Hospital in the diabetes clinic and the teen pregnancy clinic. At the Y, she has been the leader of our ACT program and has taught many cooking classes. She also works with members to develop a personalized nutrition plan that improves their health and fits their lifestyle.

Danyel has always enjoyed being active and grew up in a health-conscious family. After having her fourth baby, she had significant core dysfunction and was frustrated by diminished capability due to motherhood and age. She hired a personal trainer whose knowledge and encouragement provided the missing pieces in her fitness and health routine. As she trained and learned more about exercise science, she found a passion in being a resource to others and decided to take up training professionally.
