Sharon is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator who has worked in the field of nutrition for over 25 years. She works at St. Peter Hospital in the diabetes clinic and the teen pregnancy clinic. At the Y, she has been the leader of our ACT program and has taught many cooking classes. She also works with members to develop a personalized nutrition plan that improves their health and fits their lifestyle.

Camille is a lifelong runner who started attending strength and endurance training to help sustain her running career. Camille was deeply inspired by all the instructors at the Y that worked with her to take the steps to join the team! Camille hopes to pass on the passion and inspiration for fitness and strength to more people for many years to come!

MATISMELA
Matsimela has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He was a certified personal trainer in Washington, D.C. for 8 years before moving out West and pursuing an ACSM CPT certification. His training philosophy is centered around cultivating the client’s strength, power, mobility, and cognitive function. In short, he likes to help people move, look, and feel better!
When Matsimela is not in the gym, he can be found studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Muay Thai. His passion for fitness & lifelong dedication to this industry has given him extensive knowledge. He can’t wait to help you reach your fullest potential!

Matt is dedicated to helping both beginners and experienced individuals reach the next level in their personal fitness goals. He is currently studying business and science at South Puget Sound Community College, with a focus on expanding his knowledge across various disciplines.
Sports and nutrition have always been central to Matt’s life, and his primary areas of expertise include powerlifting, bodybuilding, and functional training. He is committed to furthering his education and plans to pursue additional certifications through ISSA.

Influenced by his own health and wellness journey, Mike want’s to help you shift your mindset and reach your goals.
Growing up, a big part of Mike’s life was playing sports and eating healthy. In the early 1990’s, Mike began his Health and Fitness education leaning towards personal training and nutrition. Over the past 30 years, Mike has focused on training and developing his own physique to help understand overcome the stumbles we all face when we begin transforming our minds and bodies.

With a lifelong passion for fitness and learning, Rune loves to help people find a fitness routine that’s right for their goals and preferences. “You don’t need to run to reach your goals.”

Rune also currently teaches a number of classes including Strength Squad, Clubbell Yoga, and Boomers for Bone Density.

Recently, Trinadi has been enjoying learning more mobility exercises and is a strong believer that proper mobility and form are key in the gym! Although, she is most advanced in hypertrophy training! To further her knowledge within the industry, she is currently working to get certified as a bodybuilding specialist!
Trinadi enjoys working with people of all backgrounds and experiences. She works to create programs personalized to each client and strives to see her clients exceed and become more confident in their fitness abilities.
