Provided by a certified personal trainer, small group classes give you the experience and attention of working with a personal trainer, but it’s easier on your wallet, AND you get to enjoy the encouraging and engaging experience of working out with others!

1-Month New Member Special

Take your workout to the next level with a Y personal trainer. Our program is designed to help individuals move toward the next step in their fitness goals. Packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Partner Training

This program is ideal for those who have a group friends that want to work out together and want to be able to show up, no planning necessary and go through the routine that is created and designed by a personal trainer specific to your group’s wellness goals!

TRX Foundations

Prepare for a unique training tool that allows you to use your own body weight and gravity as resistance. While simple in design, this tool allows you to combine and recreate entire body movements and motions that functionally engage your core and other major muscle groups involved in specific movements. TRX Suspension Training is great for those who want to develop lean muscle, build muscle, or lose weight. It is the perfect workout for any fitness level because each participant can adjust the difficulty of each exercise. This class combines TRX training with other pieces of fitness equipment for a total body workout.

Teen Training

Join us for teen training where the focus will be on the fundamentals of moving like an athlete to improve overall strength and endurance. We will teach and utilize safe and sound movement patterns and implement conditioning drills to enhance explosive movements.
