Invest in our community
Sponsorship opportunities are available for a variety of programs and events through your South Sound YMCA. Sponsorships underwrite the costs of fundraising and community events in order to direct event revenue to the area of most need and keep participation fees accessible. Program sponsorships offer companies a way to highlight their support of community activities and raise money for our scholarship funds.
Sponsorship opportunities start at $500 and include varying levels of sponsor recognition. Below are summaries of our current opportunities.

SUPPORT OUR PROGRAMS & EVENTS SPONSORSHIPS
ANNUAL DINNER & AUCTION
In September, we host our largest fundraising event of the year. This casual, fun event brings together 200+ community leaders in support of our work together in the community. In addition to a silent and live auction, there are games, raffles and a prize for best costume. We’re not the fanciest event in town…but we’re definitely the most FUN!
ANNUAL YMCA SPRING RUN & STATE AGENCY CHALLENGE
Kick-off Washington State Employee Wellness Month by participating in our Spring Run & State Agency Challenge! State and local employees from 50 agencies join individuals from around our region in the state’s only Governor endorsed running event. With 1,000 – 1,200 participating annually, the Spring Run is one of the most popular running events in Thurston County.
YOUTH SPORTS / SUMMER DAY CAMP
The South Sound Y is the largest provider of youth sports and summer day camp in our region! As a sponsor of these programs, your company logo will be emblazoned on shirts worn by thousands of youth each year.

SUMMER CAMP
$25,000/summer
– Logo on all summer camp shirts
– Social media posts highlighting your support
– Listing in various reports and electronic communications
– Included in donor listing in branches
Summer Camp typically runs for 9-10 weeks. Participation is typically around 1000/summer.
YOUTH SPORTS
$10,000/season
– Logo on all Youth Sports shirts for one season
– Social media posts highlighting your support
– Listing in various reports and electronic communications
– Included in donor listing in branches
Youth sports seasons are typically 6-weeks long. Participation ranges from 500-800/session.
POWER SCHOLARS ACADEMY
$10,000+ (various levels available)
– Logo on Power Scholars Academy shirts
– Social media posts highlighting your support
– Listing in various reports and electronic communications
– Included in donor listing in branches
– Logo included in Graduation Ceremony materials
