Join us on April 30th, 2022 at 10am at Marathon Park in Olympia as instructors guide you through practice of tai chi. This event is free and open to the public!
Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and is accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi, also known as tai chi chuan, is a non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
