Teen Leaders Club
Shelton Family YMCA
The Teen Leaders Club is a program for teens ages 12-18 focused on personal and professional growth. It empowers teens to become strong leaders who serve their communities and promote a healthy lifestyle in mind, body, and spirit.
Meetings are held weekly for an hour, where teens plan service projects, discuss events, and vote on development opportunities. Participation in the Teen Leaders Club is a commitment. Teens are expected to attend meetings, volunteer at their Y or in the community, and actively help plan and lead club activities. The more effort a teen puts in, the more they’ll gain from the experience.
