We’ve put together some special group exercise classes to help you Burn the Bird!
Friday, November 26
- 8:00Am-9AM – Spin Class
- 9:00AM-9:45AM – Strength and Conditioning
- 9:00AM-11:00AM – water Aerobic Classes
- 10:00AM-10:30AM – Gentle Yoga
- 10:15AM-10:45AM – BodyCombat (brand new class!!!)
- 11:00AM-11:30AM – BodyPump
- 12:00AM-3:00PM – Log Rolling (reservation will be required)
- 3:00PM-6:00PM – Open Rec Swim
Saturday, November 27
- 10:00AM-11:00AM – Zumba!
